By submitting a deposit it is thoroughly understood by the client that:
Digital negatives are not to be copied or distributed commercially in any way and are for personal use only.
Any and all use of images for commercial use must be approved by photographer without exception.
Only images that the photographer deems up to par will be presented to the client.
The photographer has final say over what images are edited and presented to the client.
Images may not be altered in any way from the original copy received by the client.
The photographer cannot be held responsible for poor image quality, discoloration, bad cropping, etc. as a result of printing photographs via a non-professional source (Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, etc). It is strongly recommended to print using a consumer based professional printer (mpix.com) or ordering prints via the photographer.
The photographer may use any and all images from sessions for promotional and commercial purposes.
